All my pincushions are made using Kunin Rainbow Classic "Ecofi" (formerly Ecospun) felt, a 100% post-consumer recycled product made from used plastic soda bottles. Many people use wool, but I find I have a much wider color palette (50+ colors) with the synthetics - and unlike wool it’s non-allergic. I am a Kunin Felt Featured Designer as well.
